Jasmine Dragon Pearls Tea is a reprocessed tea made from premium quality green tea leaves scented with fresh jasmine blossoms. It has a history of over 1,000 years and was offered as a form of tribute during the Qing Dynasty. Each leaf is a round shape and covered with white fuzz – it looks like a pearl. The taste is very fresh, long-lasting and mellow, combining with a full jasmine flavor. The aftertaste is sweet and lingering. The tea is bright yellow-green and without any impurity.
Alishan Oolong tea is a typical tea of Taiwan High Mountain teas, produced in the Da Ali Mountain area of Jiayi County. This premium grade Taiwan Alishan tea comes from the tea garden where the sea level is around 1000 to 1600 metres. This premium oolong tea is handmade.
There are two types of Alishan Oolong Tea: Jinxuan and Qingxin Oolong Tea. Our typical premium Alishan Oolong Tea is a premium level of Jinxuan Oolong Tea.
This tea comes from the high-elevation gardens of Zhenghe, Fujian (about 1200 m), using the Qingxin Oolong cultivar. The cool, misty climate allows the leaves to accumulate amino acids—ideal for low-oxygen fermentation.
After light withering, the leaves enter a sealed chamber where nitrogen creates a low-oxygen environment. In this process, natural glutamic acid converts into γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA), a compound associated with calm and balance. Combined with tea’s natural theanine, the infusion becomes smoother, sweeter and more relaxing.
The tea is finished with long, gentle low-temperature roasting, giving a clean floral-honey aroma and a soft, sweet, refreshing liquor.
The tea comes from the mid-to-high-altitude slopes of the Lishan region in Taiwan, grown in the outer high-mountain zone where the cool, misty climate slows leaf growth and enhances natural floral sweetness.

This new batch of Floral Fragrant Ti Kwan Yin features a gentle and refined profile, with a more focused floral aroma that is delicate rather than overpowering, carrying a deep and mellow sweetness. It reflects the clean, refreshing character typical of lightly fermented Ti Kwan Yin.
Floral Fragrant Ti Kwan Yin is produced with fewer shaking stages and lighter oxidation. Fixation usually begins on the afternoon of the day following shaking, emphasising aroma preservation and a fresh, clean tea character. Originating from Anxi, Fujian, Ti Kwan Yin is one of the most representative oolong teas.
Da Hong Pao Oolong Tea is the king of rock teas. It is produced in the Wuyi Mountain area in Fujian province. It is produced from a tea shrub whose yield is very low; and each shrub can be over 1,000 years old. The tea is regarded as a national treasure because of its low yield and special taste.
Biluochun is one of the top-ten Chinese teas. It grows in the mountains of West and East Dongting in Suzhou and is made using a bud with a single leaf. Good-quality Biluochun leaves look like birds’ tongues; the dry leaves are tightly curled and silvery green with fuzzy white hair.
Our special Biluochun is picked before Pure Brightness （Apr.4th, 5th, or 6th）, and is also called ‘Mingqian Biluochun’. It tastes extraordinarily delicate and fresh – like the earliest spring day on the tip of the tongue.
This daily-drink Oriental Beauty Oolong comes from Anxi, Fujian, using the Qingxin Oolong cultivar grown at 800 to 1000 meters. The tea follows Taiwan’s Baihao Oolong craft, introduced to Anxi in the late 20th century and developed into a unique local style.
During the warm season, the small green leafhopper lightly bites the tender leaves, creating natural honeyed and fruity notes. After hand-picking, the leaves are sun-withered, moderately oxidized and slowly low-roasted, giving the tea its golden and reddish tones with soft, layered aromas.
This Pu-erh was produced by using the most tender tea buds which are newly grown as the raw material. After being processed through traditional tea-making technology and fermentation, the color of the very fresh and tender Mao Cha then turns into dark gold. It’s produced by the very famous Yunnan Menghai Tea Factory in 2016, made from large, sun-dried Yunnan tea leaves (Mao Cha).
Lushan Cloud-fog is one of the top-quality green teas which produced from Lushan Mountain in Jiu Jiang City, Jiangxi province. It is named after its producing area – Lushan Mountain. Lushan Yun Wu tea has been listed as a tribute tea since the Song dynasty. It was first planted in Buddhist temples and was called ‘Buddhist Tea’ in China. This tea originated from the Ming Dynasty, many literary wrote a lot of well-known beautiful poems about Lushan Yun Wu.
Low stock Taiwan Dong Ding Oolong Tea is another typical representative of Taiwan High Mountain Tea, produced in the Dong Ding Mountain area, Fenghuang Village, Lugu Township.
The reason for Dong Ding Oolong is so-called ‘Dong Ding’ is because ‘Dong Ding’ in Chinese Mandarin means ‘frozen peak’, which used to vividly describes the nature of the landscape in this part of Taiwandescribe how steep the mountain is and climbers have to walk on their tiptoes so-called ‘Frozen Peak’. Actually, Dong Ding Mountain is very steep, people have to walk on their tiptoes to climb it. And the phrase in the Taiwanese Hokkien or Minnan language, people means use ‘grasping the peak’ to describe it which equals ‘frozen peak’ in Mandarin.
This new-batch Anxi Ti Kwan Yin Original follows a traditional style, focusing on the stability and holistic expression of Guanyin Yun, rather than bold or high-impact aroma. Its character is defined by the combined experience of body, returning sweetness, throat resonance, and lingering aftertaste, which unfold gradually through brewing. The overall style is calm, restrained, and highly drinkable, reflecting the classic nature of Tieguanyin.
Production adheres to traditional Tieguanyin methods, with shaking to promote controlled moisture movement as a key step. Plucking, moisture movement, and fixation are completed within a compact timeframe, with the entire process finished by midday of the following day. This approach preserves leaf vitality and structural integrity and is locally known in Anxi as traditional-style or original Tieguanyin.
This wild Yunnan ancient-tree black tea comes from semi-wild old tea gardens at an elevation of around 1600 metres. Most trees are over a century old, belonging to the large-leaf Assamica variety. The environment is natural and pristine, with year-round mist and surrounding forests. The tea trees grow slowly, their deep roots anchored in humus-rich mountain soil, absorbing nutrients from the forest ecosystem.
The liquor is mellow and sweet, carrying a distinct mountain-wild character—a cool “wild aroma” that sits between woodiness and mountain breeze. It is subtle yet naturally powerful. Its charm lies not in refinement but in balance, purity, and the raw vitality of wild tea. Every sip feels like tasting the breath of the forest.
This tea comes from wild century-old group-variety trees growing at 1200–1500 m in the high mountains of Wuyi, Fujian. The cool misty climate and granite-rich soil give it natural minerality and a smooth, full texture. Surrounded by mountain peach trees and forest flowers, the leaves develop a soft, natural peach-floral aroma.
Following the lineage of Zhengshan Xiaozhong but crafted with finer techniques—gentle withering, slow fermentation and light pine-charcoal baking—this wild version combines high-mountain ecology with meticulous processing. This modern-style Lapsang Souchong comes from the high-mountain ecological gardens of Wuyi Mountain. Made from tender spring one-bud-one-leaf small-leaf cultivars, it offers a clean, refined expression of pine-smoked tea.
Due to strict protection of Pinus massoniana, large-scale traditional open-fire pine-wood smoking is no longer used in Wuyi. Instead, modern processing relies on naturally fallen pine branches, indirect smoke channels and filtered smoke. This preserves the pine aroma while reducing harshness and environmental impact.
During low-temperature slow baking, the pine fragrance gently enters the leaves without burning. The smoke is soft like morning mist, blending naturally with the tea’s floral and honey notes to create a lighter, cleaner style of smoke aroma.
Lapsang Souchong is the world’s oldest black tea variety. It has a history of more than 400 years, dating back to the middle and late Ming Dynasty. It was created by local tea farmers in the Wuyi Mountain area, Fujian province.
Our Lapsang Souchong is not smoked, which means it remains dark brown, nearly black in color. The leaves are stout with a slight twist. The tea soup is bright red. It tastes sweet and mellow, with a longan flavor and floral aroma and aftertaste. It can be drunk with milk and honey.
Our Jasmine Mao Jian is made by Mao Jian green tea which scented with fresh jasmine blossoms. Mao Jian green tea is of the “one bud one leaf” picking standard and the green tea leaves are covered with sliver white fuzzy. What’s special with this picking standard is that the teas made by these tea leaves will have very fresh and lingering taste when compared with other Jasmine. It brings the freshness of early spring and the blossoming jasmine flower directly to your mouth and throat.

Our Clear-Fragrance-Style Anxi Tieguanyin Tea is full of attractive flavour, compared with other Tieguanyin, the aroma of it is more high-scented. It uses the Xiaoqing fermentation method, i.e. fixation takes place on the afternoon of the day after shaking. Shaking time is less than with the Zhengwei method, meaning relatively little stem water spreads into the leaves; fermentation is also relatively light.
Tieguanyin Oolong Tea was first produced in 1725–1735 by a local tea farmer in Anxi County, Fujian province. It has a high content of amino acids, vitamins, minerals, polyphenols and alkaloids. It also contains various nutrients and medicinal substances. Its unique mellow aroma makes it a favorite of many.
Our Jasmine Bai Yu Luo uses high-quality green tea from Yunnan as the based tea material, scented with fresh jasmine blossoms from Heng County, Guangxi. It has a mixed fresh green tea taste with a wonderful and sweet jasmine fragrance. Its mellow aroma can allow multiple infusions.

Compared with the light and floral-driven style of Fuding Silver Needle, Zhenghe Silver Needle shows a calmer, more restrained profile, emphasising structure and steady sweetness over immediate aromatic lift. Its style favours balance, refinement, and long-term drinkability.
This Premium Dian Hong Black Tea tastes richer and more delicate than standard Dian Hong Black Tea. It tastes very mellow combined with a hit of honey with sweet floral flavor. It has creamy, smooth and buttery mouthfeel.
It is produced in Linyi, Baoshan, Fengqing, Xishuangbanna, Dehong and other areas in the south and southwest of Yunnan province. This subtropical region is one of rolling hills with an average elevation of over 1,000 meters. The average annual temperature is around 18-22°C, with a very large temperature difference between day and night. The annual precipitation is 1,200-1,700mm. In sunny periods there is often fog in the morning and during the night.
There is dense forest and the soil is fertile, with fallen leaves and grass decaying to form a deep humus layer. These conditions result in tea trees with strong buds and fat leaves covered with rich white fuzz. Even the fifth or sixth leaves on the branch are very delicate and juicy and contain rich polyphenolic compounds and alkaloids.
Our Premium Dian Hong was produced in the spring of 2019.
Silver Needle White Tea is a well-known Chinese white tea, but very expensive due to a very small yield. It is produced in Fujian province in China, using the most delicate buds picked when the very first tea leaves are appearing in the spring. Only the buds are used – no leaves or stem at all.
The Silver Needle White Tea bud is large，strong and fat. It is long and straight and covered in a pale, silvery-white fuzz resembling a white coat. The tea tastes very fresh and light, with a hint of fresh smoke and fruit and an aroma of wildflowers combined with a hint of honey. It has a long-lasting, sweet aftertaste.
Picking methods are complex, even for an extremely experienced tea worker. A day’s yield will not exceed 50kg.
This Longjing tea comes from Longwu, a core secondary production area within the broader West Lake region. Grown at 300–600 meters, the tea gardens are planted with traditional Qunti Zhong (heirloom group cultivar) trees—naturally propagated rather than clonal—giving the tea its layered, authentic flavour profile.
The 40-year-old bushes grow slowly in the cool, misty mountain climate, accumulating rich amino acids and aromatic compounds. Because of the higher elevation, the spring harvest begins later, typically before Guyu (Pre-Rain). The slower growth results in a sweeter, fresher taste with reduced bitterness, producing a tea with clean sweetness, gentle aroma, and a lingering finish.

Longjing is a very famous Chinese green tea, well known among Chinese tea lovers. Longjing is famous for its natural verdant color, beautiful leaf shape, rich fragrance and mellow taste. The highest-grade Longjing comes from the West Lake mountains; cheaper, second-grade Longjing is produced in areas such as Qian Tang and Yuezhou, beyond the West Lake mountains but still inside Zhejiang province. This special Longjing green tea comes from the Qiandao Lake area. The more premium version of Longjing is the West Lake Longjing.
Longjing tea leaves are flat, straight and green. The best Longjing is made using one bud or one bud with one leaf, only the most delicate buds are picked. This Longjing tastes fresh and sweet, with a soothing aroma and a hint of chestnut.
White Peony is one of the most famous Chinese white teas. It is mainly produced in Fujian province and is made using a single bud and two leaves. Picking time is around Pure Brightness. It is less scarce and expensive than White Needle.
The tea leaves are corrugated, the edges slightly jagged. The backs of the leaves are covered with white fuzz. During brewing, the green leaves open up to reveal the delicate buds like blooming peonies.
White Peony tastes sweet and mellow, with a very sweet aftertaste. It brings a distinctly refreshing sensation. Along with floral and grassy flavor.

This Zhenghe Meizhan White Peony is made from premium spring-picked shoots grown in high-mountain tea gardens in Zhenghe, Fujian Province, at an altitude of approximately 1,800 metres.
Meizhan is a distinctive Fujian white tea cultivar valued for its bright aroma, natural sweetness, and rich internal structure, resulting in a fuller body and clearer layering. Compared with Fuding White Peony, which is known for its lighter, more floral and brisk aroma, Meizhan White Peony shows stronger varietal expression, a more defined structure, and better infusion endurance. While its aroma is lifted and expressive, it is less airy than the floral lightness typical of traditional Fuding Dabai and Dahao cultivars, offering a more grounded and substantial profile.
Phoenix Dan Cong Oolong is a very special category of Oolong tea produced from Chao’an District, Chaozhou city, Guangdong province well-known by its aggressive rich aroma. The reason why it is named ‘phoenix’ is that it comes from Phoenix Mountain in Phoenix Village. Phoenix Dan Cong Oolong has can have 79 kinds of different natural flower flavours, 12 kinds of natural fruit aroma and 16 kinds of other fragrances, for example, it has the flavour of honey, cinnamon, almond, sweet-scented Osmanthus and yulan so on. Phoenix Dan Cong Oolong also has 80 different breeding lines such as Ba Xian, Ju Duo Zai and so on. Our Phoenix Dan Cong Oolong is only one of these varieties of breeds. This particular Phoenix Dan Cong oolong has mellow honey orchid flavour.
Phoenix Dan Cong Oolong is rich in amino acids, vitamins, tea polyphenols and alkaloid. For tea polyphenols, who has a strong anti-radiation effect, can reach up to 30% inside Phoenix Oolong tea.
Because of its rich and overwhelming aroma, Phoenix Dan Cong nowadays has the same high reputation as Anxi Ti Kwan Yin and Wuyi Rock tea (such as Wuyi Big Red Robe) in China. These three different oolong teas become the major Chinese Oolong Tea strains.
Yellow Mountain Fur Peak is one of the most famous Chinese green teas. It comes from the Huang Shan (Yellow Mountain) area in Anhui province. On 26 March 2007, Chinese President Hu Jintao attended the ‘China National Year’ exhibition held in Russia and brought four famous Anhui teas, including Huangshan Maofeng, as a gift for Russian President Vladimir Putin.
There is no doubt that Huangshan Maofeng is a first-class green tea. It is made using only the bud and the first one, two or three leaves on the branch. It has a delicate orchid fragrance and a very fresh flavor.

Our Gong Mei is produced in Pan Xi Town, Fu Ding City, Fujian province in China. Gong Mei sometimes is also called Shou Mei because it is a more premium version of Shou Mei, made of better raw material. Gong Mei is more tender than Shou Mei, since its picking time is earlier (but both are later than White Peony).
Our charcoal roasted Ti Kwan Yin origins from Anxi County, Fujian province. The technology of making the Charcoal Roasted Tieguanyin is a traditional way of processing semi-fermented Tieguanyin, however, the charcoal roasted Tieguanyin requires an additional 5-12 hours’ baking using wood charcoal.
It gives you a sense of warmth, like relaxing beside the fireplace in the cold winter while listening to the crackling sound of firewood and enjoying a cup of this unique oolong tea.
Phoenix Dan Cong Oolong is a very special category of Oolong tea produced in the Chao’an district, Chaozhou city, Guangdong province, well-known for its aggressively rich aroma. The reason why it is named ‘phoenix’ is that it comes from the Phoenix Mountain in Phoenix Village.
This Aged Phoenix Dan Cong Milky Honeysuckle has a thicker and mellower taste than the normal one due to the age of the tea tree being over 50 years. This tea has a unique combined milk, orchid and honeysuckle flower flavour.
This black tea comes from the high mountains of Fengqing, the birthplace of Dianhong. The cool, misty climate and large day–night temperature shifts allow the Yunnan large-leaf varietal to develop rich early-spring nutrients. Only the first flush single buds—plump, golden-tipped, and naturally scarce—are used.
Gently fermented and slow-baked at low temperature, the tea retains the young buds’ clear sweetness and light honeyed florals, while delivering the classic Yunnan notes of caramel sweetness, fruit-honey aroma, and bright orange-red liquor. The taste is smooth, rounded, and sweet, with a soft honeyed finish.
Best brewed at 85–90°C to highlight its delicate sweetness and refined texture.
Golden Eyebrow is a kind of Lapsang Souchong. It is produced in Wuyishan City in Fujian province.
Golden Eyebrow is expensive because the whole production process must be carried out by hand. Every 500g of Golden Eyebrow contains tens of thousands of very fresh tea buds, without any leaves. These buds are picked from trees in Wuyishan Nature Reserve. Only the finest buds are picked; even a professional tea picker can only collect up to 500g a day.

Alishan Oolong Tea is a typical example of Taiwan High Mountain Tea, produced in the Da Ali Mountain area of Jiayi County, which encompasses some 25 peaks over 2,000 metres in height, the tallest being Datashan (2,663m). There are two types of Alishan Oolong Tea: Jinxuan Oolong Tea and Qingxin Oolong Tea. Our typical Alishan Oolong Tea is a Jinxuan Oolong Tea.
This Keemun Maofeng comes from the high-mountain core region of Qimen, Anhui, at 600–800 m in the Huangshan range. The area’s misty climate, cool nights and mineral-rich red and sandy loam soils provide ideal conditions for the Zhuye cultivar, known for its rich aromatic precursors. These factors give Keemun its signature layered “Qimen fragrance” of floral, fruity, honeyed and light woody notes.
Keemun Maofeng is crafted from carefully selected early-spring buds and leaves. The tea features slender, tightly twisted strips with a glossy dark hue and subtle golden tips, offering a refined dry aroma with the distinctive “Keemun fragrance.” Keemun Maofeng has been highly regarded since the late Qing era and earned a gold medal at the 1915 Panama Exposition.

Taiping Houkui was one of the teas given as a present to Russian President Vladimir Putin by Chinese President Hu Jintao in 2007. It is also a first-class green tea, made of a bud with two leaves standard. The leaves are long, fleshy, robust, flat and straight.
This premium grade Taiping Houkui tea belongs to traditional group species, its cultivar is Shi Da Cha. It comes from Monkey Village (Hou-pit), Huangshan Area, Anhui province. It is made in a traditional way: each leaf is hand-selected and adjusted. The tea is produced without the use of any chemical protection products for plants.

Our premium Anxi Ti Kwan Yin is cultivated in the core producing area in inner Anxi County which has the most nutritious soil type – acidic red soil and made by the tea master who has almost half a century’s tea making experience.
Our Premium Da Hong Pao Oolong Tea is produced from one of the ‘Zhengyan’ tea plantations – Wu Yuan Jian. It is located in the most scenic part of the Wuyi Mountain area, Fujian province.
The tea produced on this plantation is considered the best Da Hong Pao due to its special flavour. The particular rocky surroundings endow the tea with a rich mineral content, which imparts a special mineral taste known as ‘Yanyun’. The lack of fertile soil here also ensures the tea leaves grow very slowly, accumulating a higher content of beneficial substances.

Our standard Wuyi Rou Gui Oolong tea comes from ‘Ban Yan’ tea plantation where located beyond the core scenic spot of Wuyi Mountain but still inside the scenic area. In addition to the taste feature of rock tea, it is also loved by people for its unusual warm and pleasant pungency long-lasting flavour. It has a very obvious cinnamon aroma which is because it uses the fresh tea leaves from the tea tree who belongs to cinnamon variety as the raw material. After that, it will be processed by the same technology of making Wuyi Rock Oolong tea. As our Wuyi Rou Gui is baked by medium heat, there is a little smoky mouthfeel but immediately turns into cinnamon, milky and floral flavour. The aftertaste is sweet, the fragrance stays in the throat for a long time.
This premium grade of White Peony was made in 2019, and comes from Pan Xi Town, Fu Ding City, Fujian province. It is of one tea bud with one or two leaves picking standard. The picking time is limited which makes it more expensive than other white peony teas.
White peony has rich nutrients and antioxidants while has less caffeine. The taste is very refreshing together with a light sweetness and floral and fruity aroma. The tea is very popular among tea lovers.

The West Lake Longjing producing area can be divided into two parts: first-grade producing zone and second-grade producing zone where should not outside the 168 square kilometers of the west lake protection zone designated by the people’s government of Hangzhou. Our top-class Longjing is produced in one of these areas – ‘Meijiawu’ Village which belongs to the first-grade producing zone.
Because there is a limited area around West Lake for these real Longjing to be cultivated and the whole production process is all handmade; therefore, the yield of it is extremely low and the price of it is extraordinarily high. Especially, our West Lake Longjing is picked before Qingming （the fifth Chinese solar term, 4, 5 or 6 April), that’s why our Longjing is also called as ‘Mingqian’ Longjing green tea. It is the most tender and freshest one with rare yield compared with other Longjing tea. As a result, the price of this typical ‘Mingqian’ West Lake Longjing is almost four times higher than the Longjing comes from other origins picked on or after Qingming.
Our premium West Lake Longjing belongs to No.43 species. This species is an excellent variety improved by tea research institutes of Chinese Academy of Sciences based on the Group Species. It belongs to asexual reproduction, shrub type, early growth species. The whole tea plant is short, the leaves is slender, the fertility of it is strong. Longjing No.43 retains the fine quality of the Group Species, meanwhile without its bitterness and astringency, tastes very fresh and elegant.
- 35 % Off Xinyang Maojian is a well-known Chinese green tea produced in Xinyang City, Henan province. It is made using one bud with one, two or three leaves, according to the grade. The dry tea leaves are straight, thin and evenly shaped, and covered with abundant white fuzz.
Our Xingyang Maojian is Yuqian tea with high grade made from leaves picked before the Grain Rain (19, 20 or 21 April). Temperatures during this period are high, which causes the tea leaves to grow relatively fast; the leaves are also rich in accumulated substances. The taste is normally very fresh with a strong, invigorating aroma and a sweet lingering fragrance.

Not all fresh tea leaves can be used as the raw material of making Que She, only the freshest tea leaves of the small-leaf tea species can do. Actually, any tea that has the shape of a sparrow’s tongue can be considered as Que She, no matter it is from the Zhe Jiang, Jiang Su, or Anhui province.
Our Yibin Que She is no doubt of very high quality and owns a very good reputation among green tea lovers. The history of it being paid tribute to the imperial palace can be traced back to the Tang dynasty. Que She is considered as one of the rarest Chinese green teas due to its unique flavour and its relatively higher prices when compared to other green teas in the Chinese tea market. The polyphenolic compounds and the content of amino acids inside Que She tea leaves are about 10% higher than other teas.
