Alishan Oolong tea is a typical tea of Taiwan High Mountain teas, produced in the Da Ali Mountain area of Jiayi County. This premium grade Taiwan Alishan tea comes from the tea garden where the sea level is around 1000 to 1600 metres. This premium oolong tea is handmade.
There are two types of Alishan Oolong Tea: Jinxuan and Qingxin Oolong Tea. Our typical premium Alishan Oolong Tea is a premium level of Jinxuan Oolong Tea.
This premium Tieguanyin was made using the most traditional method, called Zhenwei in Chinese, which performs the firing right after the shaking procedure. The entire tea making process was completed no later than the morning of the day after shaking. The taste of the tea is very delicate but mellow, with a long-lasting aftertaste.
Tieguanyin oolong Tea was first produced in 1725–1735 by a local tea farmer in Anxi County, Fujian province. It has a high content of amino acids, vitamins, minerals, polyphenols and alkaloids. It also contains various nutrients and medicinal substances. Its unique mellow aroma makes it a favourite of many.
Our premium Anxi Ti Kwan Yin is cultivated in the core producing area in inner Anxi County which has the most nutritious soil type – acidic red soil and made by the tea master who has almost half a century’s tea making experience.

Our Bian Tiao Yao origins from an ecological tea garden located in the northwest of Lian Hua Peak inside Wuyi scenic area It is a high-quality and premium ‘Zheng Yan’ tea. Because of the precipitous geography, picking its tea leaves becomes quite difficult. This particular tea garden is suspended in the air, not touching the sky or the ground. This premium Wuyi Tigering Roaring Rou Gui is aged, compared to the normal premium Tigering Roaring Rou Gui. It has a more ‘Aged Cong’ charm, a much stronger flavour of moss, reed leaves and wood. It is produced from the “Hu Xiao” (Tiger Roaring) Cliff inside the scenic area of Wuyi Mountain in Fujian Province.
Our premium Wuyi Hui Yuan Shui Xian was produced in the most scenic Wuyi Mountain area – the “Hui Yuan” pit. “Hui Yuan” pit is one of the “Zheng Yan” tea plantations which is considered as the origin of the best quality of Wuyi rock tea.
There are three kinds of Shui Xian tea trees: Shui Xian (with over 30 years old), Gao Cong Shui Xian (30 to 60 years’ history) and Lao Cong Shui Xian (the oldest tea tree which is over 60 years old). The tree age of our premium Wuyi Shui Xian is over 100 years which is the real “Lao Cong” Shui Xian tea, which has a very impressive and charming “Yan Yun” taste.

This Zhen Yan Fo Shou originates from Mi Tuo Yan (Amitabha rock), located inside the Wuyi Mountain Scenic Area in Wuyishan City, Fujian Province, where also belongs to one of the ‘Zhengyan’ tea plantations. The tea produced from ‘Zhengyan’ plantation is considered the premium level due to its special flavour. The rocky surroundings endow the tea with a rich mineral content, which imparts a special mineral taste known as ‘Yanyun’. The lack of fertile soil here also ensures the tea leaves grow very slowly, accumulating a higher content of beneficial substances.
Fo Shou, in Chinese, called ‘Buddha’s hand’. It also has two alternative names called ‘Xiang Yuan’ or ‘Snow Pear’. It is an asexual variety, a shrub-like plant with large leaves. It belongs to the medium-growing species, and the harvesting period is in late April. Its leaves are palm-sized and resemble the shape of a mandarin orange. It was initially planted in a Buddhist temple, hence the name “Buddha’s Hand.”
Legend has it that in the 29th year of the Kangxi reign of the Qing Dynasty, an old monk from Qihu Rock in Anxi successfully grafted tea branches onto a Xiang Yuan tree. In the 43rd year of Kangxi’s reign, the tea variety was introduced to Shifeng Village in Dapu, Yongchun. Due to its unique characteristics, it was further introduced to places like Wuyishan, where it merged with the local features and preserved the fragrance of Snow Pear while gaining the distinctive Wuyi rock essence.

Nowadays, due to the superior tea growing environment in “Tiger Roaring Rock” area and the continuous improvement of tea processing technology, the quality of the Tiger Roaring Rock Rou Gui is very close to the tea comes from “Zheng Yan” area (AKA purple glutenite soil).

This premium grade Phoenix Dan Cong comes from the Wu Dong Village, Chao Zhou City, Guang Dong City. In 1995, this aromatic Phoenix Dan Cong was dedicated to Chairman Mao, the former president of China. He really loved it and sent back a thanks note after trying the tea. This tea has then been called ‘Dong Fang Hong’, the literal translation of which is ‘The Red in the East’, and with a free translation of ‘hope’ as Chairman Mao is the one who save thousands of millions of people from a miserable life and lead them to the light.
Wu Dong Village, where the sea level is between 1000 and 1200 metres, is the hometown of high-quality Phoenix Dan Cong. Phoenix Dan Cong produced here is extremely mellow and has a unique high mountain charm. This Phoenix Dan Cong Dong Fang Hong belongs to the yellow gardenia fragrance type. However, it has a much mellower taste and richer combined aroma than the ordinary Phoenix Dan Cong yellow gardenia flavour. Its aroma is full of impressiveness and enchantment.
This premium grade Phoenix Dan Cong comes from the Wu Dong Village, Chao Zhou City, Guang Dong Province. Wu Dong Village is the core area that produces the highest quality of Phoenix Dan Cong oolong tea. The teas that originated here have a unique high mountain charm and are quite rebrew-able.
The yearly yield of this rare Dan Cong is very limited because the picking time is super shot in a year which is just around 3-5 days. This tea belongs to the yellow gardenia type of oolong. This tea is much sweeter than any other yellow gardenia type of ordinary Phoenix Dan Cong teas.

Out of StockXihu Longjing (West Lake Dragon Well Green Tea) is a very famous Chinese green tea, well known among Chinese tea lovers. Longjing is famous for its natural verdant color, beautiful leaf shape, rich fragrance and mellow taste.
The West Lake Longjing producing area can be divided into two parts: first-grade producing zone and second-grade producing zone where should not outside the 168 square kilometers of the west lake protection zone designated by the people’s government of Hangzhou. Our top-class Longjing is produced in one of these areas – ‘Meijiawu’ Village which belongs to the first-grade producing zone.
Because there is a limited area around West Lake for these real Longjing to be cultivated and the whole production process is all handmade; therefore, the yield of it is extremely low and the price of it is extraordinarily high. Especially, our West Lake Longjing is picked before Qingming （the fifth Chinese solar term, 4, 5 or 6 April), that’s why our Longjing is also called as ‘Mingqian’ Longjing green tea. It is the most tender and freshest one with rare yield compared with other Longjing tea. As a result, the price of this typical ‘Mingqian’ West Lake Longjing is almost four times higher than the Longjing comes from other origins picked on or after Qingming.
Our premium West Lake Longjing belongs to No.43 species. This species is an excellent variety improved by tea research institutes of Chinese Academy of Sciences based on the Group Species. It belongs to asexual reproduction, shrub type, early growth species. The whole tea plant is short, the leaves is slender, the fertility of it is strong. Longjing No.43 retains the fine quality of the Group Species, meanwhile without its bitterness and astringency, tastes very fresh and elegant.
Taiping Houkui was one of the teas given as a present to Russian President Vladimir Putin by Chinese President Hu Jintao in 2007. It is also a first-class green tea, made of a bud with two leaves standard. The leaves are long, fleshy, robust, flat and straight.
This premium grade Taiping Houkui tea belongs to traditional group species, its cultivar is Shi Da Cha. It comes from Monkey Village (Hou-pit), Huangshan Area, Anhui province. It is made in a traditional way: each leaf is hand-selected and adjusted. The tea is produced without the use of any chemical protection products for plants.
Our 2021 Da Yi 7572 Qizi Pu-erh ripe tea cake is made by the Da Yi Menghai Tea Factory. In 1973, the artificial fermentation technology of Pu-erh tea was successfully developed by the factory. With the continuous maturity of the technology, in 1975, Da Yi 7572 was produced for the first time. Since then Da Yi 7572 is recognised as the most classic Ripe Pu-erh tea cake or even the standard/benchmark of Pu-erh ripe tea by the public even the Pu-erh material markets have been developing for decades. The taste of Da Yi Pu-erh 7572 is still considered as a classic.
The Da Yi 7572 has a lot more production batches compared with other Pu-erh tea cakes before of its crazily high demand. The batch number of our Da Yi 7572 is 2101.
What is 7572?
7572 is its serial number. The serial number of Pu-erh cakes has a special meaning. The first two numbers refer to the tea formula used. The third number refers to the grade of tea material used – the smaller the better. The last number indicates a particular tea factory.
Therefore, for this tea cake, the ‘75’ means the formula of the tea cake was developed in the 1975 year. ‘7’ means the grade of the tea leaves is level ‘7’ and ‘2’ means it is produced by the Menghai Tea Factory.
Pu-erh made from more delicate tea materials would taste fresher because it is rich in amino acids, and the best Pu-erh is rich in health-supporting substances and strong in flavour. However, it is important to know that Pu-erh made from higher grades of tea is not necessarily better or more expensive. Pu-erh made from lower-grade tea materials could also have a very aggressive aroma which is attractive to many tea lovers. The aroma of Pu-erh would get stronger when it is aged. When aged, lower-grade of Pu-erh can taste much better than the new and high-grade Pu-erh, and of course, aged Pu-erh will normally be more expensive.
Our 2018 Blang Special Collection Pu’er Raw Cake combines sun-dried Shaiqinmao tea leaves (Yunnan big-leaf variety) from ancient tea trees grown on the Banzhang and Mannan tea plantations in the Blang Mountain area. It is produced by Fuhai Tea Factory in Menghai County, Xishuangbanna, Yunnan.
The tea leaves of the tea cake come from both Mannan and Banzhang plantations located in Blang Mountain area. Mannan Village is located in the northwest of the Blang Mountain area. The tea plantation is not as rich as other, more well-known tea gardens; however, its tea resources are very ancient. Pu’er tea from Mannan has a very wild taste, a pleasant bitterness with an impressive and long-lasting, sweet aftertaste. Mannan Pu’er tea itself is ecstatic, making people feel open-minded. Banzhang village is also located in the Blang Mountain area. The tea produced here is bitter but with a very impressive, sweet aftertaste with a dominant mellow aroma.
Our 2010 King of Pu-erh Raw Tea Cake uses sun-dried Shaiqinmao tea leaves (Yunnan big-leaf variety) from trees that have been cultivated in the Yiwu Mountain area for over 500 years.
Unlike other Pu’er raw teas, which can have a rough mouthfeel, the taste is very gentle, mellow and sweet. Tasting the tea carefully, a very delicate lotus aroma emerges. Since it has been aged over several years, it also has a very special, mellow Chen fragrance. The tea soup is a pure and clear, apricot yellow colour.
Our 2013-year Yiwu Premium Pu’er Raw Cake uses sun-dried Shaiqinmao tea leaves (Yunnan big-leaf variety) from old tea trees grown in the Yiwu Mountain area. It is produced by the Menghai Yuan Da Tea Factory in Menghai County, Xishuangbanna, Yunnan.
Unlike other Pu’er raw teas, which can have a rough mouthfeel, the taste is very gentle, mellow and sweet. Tasting the tea carefully, a very delicate plum and honey aroma emerge. The Blang people were the first in the world to grow and process tea leaves, and countless generations have grown up cultivating the local Pu’er tea trees. The Pu’er tea that is produced here has legendary status.
Our Fuhai Yiwu Good Fortune Ripe Pu-erh Tea Cake uses large sun-dried ShaiQinMao tea leaves (Yunnan big-leaf variety) from the Yiwu Mountain. It’s produced by the Fuhai Tea Factory located in Menghai County, Yunnan province.
This tea cake was made by the YULIN company in Menghai County. The tea originates from the virgin forests in Xishuangbanna, Yun Nan province, China.
YULIN Company is very famous for its handmade ancient pu-erh tea, and the material of its pu-erh mostly is pure ancient pu-erh tea tree leaves and only the freshest tea leaves are chosen instead of low-quality Shaiqinmao tea leaves (Yunan big-leaf variety). YULIN’s lowest tea-picking standard is “one bud two leaves”, which means they are very strict with the quality of their pu-erh tea.
During the production process, they only allow local ethnic-minority masters who know the local ancient pu-erh tea trees the best to handmake pu-erh tea cakes in their villages.

This special 2021 YULIN Pu-erh tea origins from Ding Jia Village, Yiwu Mountain area, Xishuangbanna, Yunnan province. As early as the Tang Dynasty, ethnic minorities had already planted large tea gardens in Yiwu. The Ming and Qing Dynasties marked the heyday of Yiwu tea development. Yiwu is not only the homeland of centuries-old tribute tea but also the origin of the Tea Horse Ancient Road. From here, tea leaves embark on a journey, passing through different regions and ethnic groups, and with diverse forms but the same essence, they interpret the rich and colourful history of Pu’er tea.
Among the Yiwu area, Ding Jia Village is considered a very niche Pu-erh tea-producing area whose taste has the obvious unique charm of Yiwu Mountain. In Ding Jia Village, both Yao People and Han people live there. This Pu-erh tea is produced in the Han Village.
Ding Jia Village is also one of the very few ancient villages that still preserve the tradition of vine tea. Vine tea refers to the practice of removing excessive old leaves from the branches after tea leaves are harvested. This method promotes the growth and accumulation of nutrients in tea leaves during spring germination. It is efficient, saving time and effort, and integrating natural factors with ethnic wisdom.
Ding Jia Village stands tall deep in the rainforest of Yiwu, benefiting from its unique natural growth environment. It has an undeniable place in the illustrious history of Pu’er tea. Amidst the renowned ancient Six Famous Tea Mountains, it remains a special presence. - 10 % OffOur 2007 Organic Manxi Mountain Raw Pu’er Cake uses sun-dried Shaiqinmao tea leaves (Yunnan big-leaf variety) from ancient tea trees grown on the organic tea plantations of the Manxi Mountain area. It is produced by Fuhai Tea Factory in Menghai County, Xishuangbanna, Yunnan.
The Manxi Mountain area is located at the Sino-Burmese border in the district of Daluo Town, Menghai County. It features a large group of very old large-leaf tea trees, planted by the Blang people over 500 years ago. The plantation belongs to Fuhai Tea Factory. It was awarded ‘organic’ status in 2007.
The taste of this Manxi Mountain organic Pu’er raw cake is mellow and powerful with a very smooth mouthfeel. The aroma is very striking. Mild and pleasant bitterness at the first sip transforms into an impressive, long-lasting, sweet aftertaste within 20-30 seconds. Because it has been aged for 12 years, the taste is rich, with a special Chen fragrance.
The right formula of Pu-erh tea cake and the technology of fermentation are the two key factors for making high-class Pu-er teas. They are also the core values of Da Yi Tea craftsmanship, which has also been nominated as the national intangible cultural heritage of China. While Da Yi 7572 is well-known for its fermentation technologies, Da Yi 7542 is well-known for its formulation technologies.
Normally, Pu-erh tea is formulated by mixing the same grade tea leaves from different origins, blending the different grade of tea leaves from the same origin, or combining tea leaves produced in different years. This allows us to maximize the quality and taste of Pu-erh tea. Due to the exquisite formulation craftsmanship from Menghai Tea Factory, Da Yi 7542 has a surprisingly stable and premium quality. Although there are many novel formulation technologies nowadays, it keeps its unique and classic taste. The Da Yi 7542 has also become the most classic raw Pu-erh tea cake and become the standard/benchmark of Pu-erh raw tea.

Our 2018 Organic Blang Ripe Tea Cake uses sun-dried Shaiqinmao tea leaves (Yunnan big-leaf variety) from the Blang Mountain area. It is produced by Yunnan ChaWangShu Tea factory located in the Menghai County, Xishuangbanna, Yunnan province. The tea is specifically picked in early spring. It is certified organic by CQM (China Quality Mark Certification Group).
Our 2017 Organic Fuhai Bang Zhang Pu-erh Raw Tea Cake comes from Fuhai Ban Zhang Pu-erh organic tea garden, made by the Fuhai tea company. The raw material of this Pu-er is one-bud-two-leaves of spring tea from Ban Zhang tea trees. The varieties of trees are directly introduced from the Lao Bang Zhang, belonging to Yunnan large-leaf arbor tea trees. YULIN’s lowest picking standard is “one bud two leaves”, which means they are very strict with the quality of their pu-erh tea. Some of their pu-erh tea cakes are even made with the “one bud one leaf” standard.
During the production process, they only allow local ethnic-minority masters who know the local ancient pu-erh tea trees best to make pu-erh tea cakes in their villages. All YULIN pu-erh teas are handmade.

Silver Needle White Tea is a well-known Chinese white tea, but very expensive due to a very small yield. It is produced in Fujian province in China, using the most delicate buds picked when the very first tea leaves are appearing in the spring. Only the buds are used – no leaves or stem at all.
The Silver Needle White Tea bud is large，strong and fat. It is long and straight and covered in a pale, silvery-white fuzz resembling a white coat. The tea tastes very fresh and light, with a hint of fresh smoke and fruit and an aroma of wildflowers combined with a hint of honey. It has a long-lasting, sweet aftertaste.
Picking methods are complex, even for an extremely experienced tea worker. A day’s yield will not exceed 50kg.
This white tea cake is using White Peony as raw material, produced from the Tailao Mountain, in Fu Ding City, Fujian province, the hometown of Chinese white tea.

With time goes by, our wild aged white tea develops rich complex aroma. With the first sip, your mouth will be full of gentle smooth sweet lotus taste combined with the ‘Chen’ fragrance with a long-lasting pleasant luscious finish. After the third and fourth brewing, the Chen Fragrance will gradually fade, the aroma will turn into sweet jujube flavor. After the 8-9th brewing, the mellow taste will change into fresh clean sweet.
Lapsang Souchong is the world’s oldest black tea variety. It has a history of more than 400 years, dating back to the middle and late Ming Dynasty. It was created by local tea farmers in the Wuyi Mountain area, Fujian province.
Premium Golden Eyebrow is produced in Tongmu Village, Wuyishan City, in Fujian province.
The only difference between our Premium Golden Eyebrow and our standard Golden Eyebrow is the producing area. The premium tea is produced on a particular tea plantation – Tongmuguan – which is considered the best for growing Golden Eyebrow. It is highly recommended for those with a keen eye for quality.
Both our Premium Golden Eyebrow and standard Golden Eyebrow black tea are expensive is because the whole production process must be carried out by hand. Every 500g of Golden Eyebrow contains tens of thousands of very fresh tea buds, without any leaves. These buds are picked from trees in Wuyishan Nature Reserve. Only the finest buds are picked; even a professional tea picker can only collect up to 500g a day.
Our Premium Keemun Black tea is of a higher grade than the standard Keemun Black Tea. Only one bud is taken with one leaf, and the picking time is earlier in the year; the tea leaves are therefore more delicate. There is more fur exposed on each leaf, and the taste of the tea is fresher.

Those tea trees are scattered along the riverbanks or in the deep hollow of the hills. The tea has one bud with two leaves, picked once a year.
The special part of this tea is its delicate lychee taste. To fully reflect the sweet nature of this tea, Zheng Shan Tang named it after a Tang dynasty poem that described ‘A steed which raised red dust won the fair mistress’ smiles. How many steeds which brought her lychee died on the run!’.

Compared with Golden Horse Eyebrow (Jin Jun Mei) whose raw material is only tea buds, Yin Jun Mei is made by one tea bud with one tea leaf, which makes its taste and quality are inferior to Jin Jun Mei. However, the price of it is also cheaper than Jin Jun Mei which makes it affordable for daily consumption.
