Our Premium Keemun Black tea is of a higher grade than the standard Keemun Black Tea. Only one bud is taken with one leaf, and the picking time is earlier in the year; the tea leaves are therefore more delicate. There is more fur exposed on each leaf, and the taste of the tea is fresher.

To brew, infuse 2 teaspoons of Keemun Black Tea for gaiwan, pull in hot water (90℃) and wait for around 2 minutes for the first brew, extending the infusion time for the following brew. Do not use boiling water because it will destroy the vitamin C and other contents of the leaves. It will also accelerate the precipitation of phenolic substances such as caffeine and tea polyphenols, which will make the tea taste sour and bitter.
