This Jasmine Snow Bamboo Blooming Tea is made from fine Fujian green tea scented with fresh jasmine flowers from Hengxian, Guangxi. The tea is bright and lively, with a clear jasmine fragrance, gentle cooling sensation, and fresh sweetness. During the final scenting stage, more jasmine blossoms are retained, so the green leaves and flowers unfold and drift together in the water, creating a graceful visual effect before the tea is even tasted.
The dry leaves are slender and delicate, silver-green in colour, with visible silver tips and plenty of jasmine blossoms. Once brewed, the liquor is pale golden and clear. Jasmine aroma leads the profile, while the green tea gives a clean, light structure. The taste is smooth, fresh, and floral, with a lingering jasmine finish.

Use 4–5g of tea with 80–85°C water. Start with short infusions of 5–10 seconds, then extend gradually.
Delicate green tea buds and leaves are used as the tea base. During scenting, the tea is blended with fresh jasmine flowers, allowing the leaves to absorb the fragrance as the flowers open. The process is usually carried out at night, when jasmine flowers are most fragrant. After scenting, the flowers are separated from the tea, and the process may be repeated to refine the balance between tea and floral aroma. In the final scenting stage, more jasmine blossoms are retained for the tea’s signature blooming appearance in water.
