这款老枞鸭屎香选用树龄超过 50 年的鸭屎香茶树鲜叶制成,因此也被称为老枞鸭屎香。相比普通鸭屎香,它在高扬花香之外更添一层老枞特有的“枞味”,茶汤更显内敛,滋味醇厚,回甘稳定,整体风格更沉稳耐品。它不以鲜灵高扬的花香作为唯一重点,而更强调老枞茶树带来的枞韵、木质气息与茶汤厚度。香气沉稳,滋味更有纵深。

这款老枞鸭屎香产自广东潮州凤凰山茶区。潮州气候温和湿润,雨量充沛,山地茶区多云雾、日照较短,适合凤凰单丛茶树生长。当地山地土壤以黄壤、红壤为主,土层深厚,富含有机质与多种微量元素,为单丛茶形成高香、回甘与独特韵味提供了良好的自然基础。

这款老枞鸭屎香选用凤凰单丛老茶树鲜叶制作,依照传统单丛工艺完成。制作过程中经晒青、凉青、摇青、杀青、揉捻与烘焙等传统凤凰单丛工艺完成。老枞原料内质较厚,后期通常会经过多次烘焙与退火,使火气逐步稳定,香气、枞韵与茶汤厚度更好融合,形成更沉稳、醇厚、耐泡的风格。

用90度左右的水温冲泡,非常清新、典雅的兰花香溢满整个房间,茶入口中,香气充斥口腔,却没有任何侵略性,一丝丝清苦和回甘相互照应,可以冲泡3道左右。

This is so complex I feel like I should be describing a bottle of wine, lol. I think what I enjoy most is that it can be brewed in so many different ways to affect the flavour. It’s kind of like making a great coffee – when you get it just the way you like it, you feel like an artist!

It actually has a milky scent to it, and is quite smooth to the throat when brewed right. If you steep a too long, a bit of bitterness can slip in, but that’s probably something I need to work on.
Definitely one of my top teas now.
