关于阿里山高山乌龙茶

阿里山乌龙茶是台湾高山茶的典型代表，产于嘉义县大阿里山地区，其中包括了海拔2000米以上的山峰约有25座，其中最高的山是达大山(2663米)。此款阿里山采自于1000至1600公尺的高山茶园，全手工采摘和培育。阿里山乌龙茶分为金萱乌龙茶和青心乌龙茶两种。我们的高山阿里山茶属于金萱乌龙茶。

外观及味道

干茶外观条索紧结而整齐、叶面卷曲成珠、色泽新鲜墨绿。尤其冲泡後的茶汤澄清明亮，水色为蜜黄色，气味浓厚香醇，有浓郁的奶香味，口感温顺、入喉甘醇。同时伴有花香与微蜜乳香，入口生津而富活性，浓郁滋味令人难忘。此款高山阿里山比普通的阿里山更具高山山韵，奶香更上一层楼。

如何冲泡

功夫茶

盖碗功夫茶-120ml盖碗冲泡5g-7g(可根据个人口味调整)，用100℃热水冲泡，第一、二次冲泡时间约为15秒，第三次冲泡时间延长至25秒，第四次冲泡时间延长至35秒。取决于个人口味，可重复冲泡8次左右。如不使用盖碗，请冲泡2-5分钟左右。可重复冲泡2-3次。

产地

大阿里山不仅是著名的风景区，也是著名的茶叶产地。这个地方出产的茶叶被认为是台湾最好的乌龙茶。此款阿里山采自于1000至1600公尺的高山茶园，全手工采摘和培育。阿里山高山气候冷凉，早晚云雾笼罩，平均日照短，茶树芽叶苦涩成分降低，进而提高了茶叶的甘味。同时因日夜温差大的缘故，茶树生长缓慢，茶叶芽叶柔软，叶肉厚实，果胶质含量高,使阿里山乌龙茶回味无穷。此外这里所产的茶叶多以山泉水灌溉，甘醇美味，具有浓厚的高山冷冽茶味，使其成为台湾一流的乌龙茶。

I’m not usually into milky oolongs but this one converted me. The creamy sweetness is natural, not artificial tasting at all, and there’s this lovely fruity undertone. Brews up a beautiful honey gold colour. Very moreish, I keep going back for more cups throughout the day.

Floral, umami, slightly sweet and really just full noise with the floral and umami notes. Depending on brewing method, it can also be somewhat minerally and thick.

This tea is absolutely amazing. The fragrance lingers and such a joy to drink it in the morning. It has awaken my senses. I actually prefer it over tie guan ying.
