这款现代松烟香正山小种产自武夷山自然保护区的高山生态茶园，以武夷山本地优质小叶种菜茶为原料，采春季一芽一叶，嫩度高、香气清透。
由于武夷山对马尾松实行严格保护，传统明火松木直熏的方式已难再大规模使用，现代制茶转而采用自然枯落松枝、间接烟道和过滤烟气的环保工艺，使松香得以保留，同时避免资源消耗与浓烈刺激的烟味。
在低温慢焙中，松木香以更柔和的方式缓慢渗入茶叶纤维，不焦不腻，呈现轻盈纯净的松烟香气。制茶师以“轻火透香”的技术，使烟香如薄雾般附着茶体，与茶本身的花香、蜜香相互交织，风味更显细腻干净。
注：传统马尾松明火熏焙受到保护林木限制与环保要求，因此现代正山小种多以自然落枝、间接烟道与控温焙制替代，使香气更纯净，同时减少对生态的影响。
这款正山小种产自福建省武夷山市自然保护区生态茶区，地处武夷山脉高海拔山谷之中，云雾缭绕、气候湿润、昼夜温差大，造就了茶树丰富的内含物质与独特的山韵。土壤富含腐殖质与矿物质，植被覆盖率高，为茶树提供了天然荫蔽与优越的生态环境。正是在这样纯净而复杂的山林生态中，孕育出茶汤金红透亮、香气层次丰富的武夷山红茶。

这款轻烟味正山小种采制于春季头采期，约在三月下旬至四月初。选取一芽一叶的早春嫩梢，叶质细腻而筋骨分明。如此嫩度的原料少用于烟焙，需精准火候方能不焦不烈。
焙火以自然枯落松木枝干为热源，采用间接烟道、低温缓焙，使热流与轻烟缓缓透入叶体，烟香温润不呛、不压本香。其后多轮小火复焙与静置养茶，使水分与香气重新平衡，烟与蜜自然交融。
