关于现代松烟香正山小种
这款现代松烟香正山小种产自武夷山自然保护区的高山生态茶园,以武夷山本地优质小叶种菜茶为原料,采春季一芽一叶,嫩度高、香气清透。
由于武夷山对马尾松实行严格保护,传统明火松木直熏的方式已难再大规模使用,现代制茶转而采用自然枯落松枝、间接烟道和过滤烟气的环保工艺,使松香得以保留,同时避免资源消耗与浓烈刺激的烟味。
在低温慢焙中,松木香以更柔和的方式缓慢渗入茶叶纤维,不焦不腻,呈现轻盈纯净的松烟香气。制茶师以“轻火透香”的技术,使烟香如薄雾般附着茶体,与茶本身的花香、蜜香相互交织,风味更显细腻干净。
注:传统马尾松明火熏焙受到保护林木限制与环保要求,因此现代正山小种多以自然落枝、间接烟道与控温焙制替代,使香气更纯净,同时减少对生态的影响。
