關於現代松煙香正山小種
這款現代松煙香正山小種產自武夷山自然保護區的高山生態茶園,以武夷山本地優質小葉種為原料,採春季一芽一葉,嫩度高、香氣清透。
由於武夷山對馬尾松實行嚴格保護,傳統明火松木直燻的方式已難再大規模使用,現代制茶轉而採用自然枯落松枝、間接煙道和過濾煙氣的環保工藝,使松香得以保留,同時避免資源消耗與濃烈刺激的煙味。在低溫慢焙中,松木香以更柔和的方式緩慢滲入茶葉纖維,不焦不膩,呈現輕盈純淨的松煙香氣。制茶師以「輕火透香」的技術,使煙香如薄霧般附著茶體,與茶本身的花香、蜜香相互交織,風味更顯細膩乾淨。
註:傳統馬尾松明火燻焙受到保護林木限制與環保要求,因此現代正山小種多以自然落枝、間接煙道與控溫焙制替代,使香氣更純淨,同時減少對生態的影響。
