此款茉莉白玉螺选用云南高级绿茶作为茶坯,用茉莉花之乡横县所出茉莉花反复精心窨制而成。绿茶的鲜爽和着茉莉的幽香,是茶香和花香深度融合的味道。
此茶浑身披满银色白毫,卷曲如玉螺,外形优美,口感醇厚,口味宜人。冲泡后,茶叶舒展,芽叶鲜嫩,色泽黄绿如宝石,似出水芙蓉,栩栩如生。观之,恰如花苞舒展,闻之,异香扑鼻,口舌生津。

原材料:高级绿茶、新鲜茉莉花
工艺:茉莉白玉螺是利用烘青毛茶及其他茶类毛茶的吸附特性和鲜花的吐香特性的原理,与含苞待放的茉莉鲜花混合窨制而成的再加工茶,所谓混合窨制,就是将鲜花与绿茶茶叶拌和,在静止状态下茶叶缓慢吸收花香。而制作茉莉龙珠一般是在晚上的时候,因为只有在这时,茉莉花会从含苞待放到完全盛开,而绿茶的茶叶将在第一时间吸收到最新鲜浓郁的茉莉花香。在第二天早晨,茉莉花将被除去,然后在晚上又重复窨制过程,直到茶香和花香完美融合,令人心旷神怡,口舌生津。

安吉白茶产自浙江省湖州市安吉县。安吉白茶从名字上来看属于白茶类,但是它其实是绿茶的一种,味道与黄山毛峰十分接近。那安吉白茶又为什么叫做白茶呢?那其实是因为安吉白茶是一种变异茶种,它的白化是受温度影响的。早春时的温度往往很低,这时候安吉白茶萌发出来的茶芽都是白色或者浅绿色的,而一个月之后,因为温度开始上升,它的茶芽又慢慢转绿,变得跟普通的茶芽没有什么区别。因为这种“白化”现象,人们始称安吉茶为安吉白茶。 安吉白茶外形细瘦而挺直,形如兰惠。色泽翠绿间黄,香气高扬。冲泡后,滋味鲜爽,嫩香扑鼻,口感醇厚润滑,汤色清澈而明亮。我们的安吉白茶采摘于清明前,也成为明前茶,吃起来比雨前茶又嫩了一层,又嫩又鲜,令人口舌生津,回味无穷,就好似在品尝初春最早萌发的鲜芽一般。它所含有大量的氨基酸是其他绿茶的3-4倍,而多酚类物质较少,因此滋味极为鲜爽无苦涩。
