午子仙毫茶是绿茶的一种，是西乡县茶叶科技人员研制开发的国家级名优绿茶。是陕西省政府外事礼品专用茶，出产于素有“中国著名茶乡”之称的陕西省汉中市西乡县、宁强县、勉县。此午子仙毫采摘于清明之前，属于明前茶，因此口感极为鲜爽，带有一丝丝栗子的香甜，让人欲罢不能。 因其生长环境优越，土壤肥沃，因此，午子仙毫的茶叶中往往富含宝贵的锌，硒等人体所需的微量元素。

下投法：顾名思义，下投法也就是“先茶后水”。这个方法是冲泡绿茶最常用的方法，适用于茶形较大、芽叶较大的茶叶，如西湖龙井、太平猴魁等，这些种类的茶叶大多采用下投法冲泡绿茶。 详细过程：
- 用热水烫杯
- 投入茶叶，每50毫升水加入1克茶叶 （推荐冲泡5-7克，可以按照个人口味增加或减少）
- 将容器三分之一装满80°C热水
- 倾斜杯身，缓缓旋转两圈，使每一片茶叶都得到充分的浸润
- 从高处注水至七分满，此时茶叶翻腾起舞，茶香浓浓
- 浸泡1-3分钟左右
- 留三分之一的茶水再续杯
- 重复3次
- 根据冲泡的次数适量延长泡茶时间

午子仙毫产于陕西省汉中市西乡县秦岭群山之中。秦岭是中国著名的茶乡，其生态环境优越，土地肥沃，是种植茶树的理想之地。其年平均温度14.7℃，年降雨量1000~1500毫米，海拔高度600~1200米，此多雨温度适宜的环境让茶树一整年都可以茁壮成长，茶香满山，一年不断。 其土壤酸性，富含有机物质。除此之外，由于此山处于南北气候相交之地，使此处森林繁茂，空气清新，土质肥沃。种植在这里的茶树其生长周期较长，茶叶中往往富含宝贵的锌，硒等人体所需的微量元素。

采摘及制茶过程
我们的午子仙毫采摘于清明前，属于明前茶。明前茶是指在清明之前采摘的茶，此茶由茶农挑选出来的，刚刚在春天萌发的最鲜嫩的茶芽制作而成。其受虫害侵扰少，芽叶细嫩，色翠香幽，味醇形美，是茶中佳品。由于生长缓慢，明前茶几乎是100％最嫩的茶芽。然而，由于清明之前的低温，茶芽的数量是有限的，并且在低生长率的情况下，能达到采摘标准的产量非常小。因此，有一种说法是“明前茶，贵如金”之说。明前茶喝起来非常鲜嫩清爽，就像是在品味早春一样。 午子仙毫所含物质大致含量：
