大紅袍烏龍茶是福建武夷山出產的岩茶之王。大紅袍茶樹屬於灌木型，產量極低，通常有數千年的歷史，被視為稀世奇珍。成品茶香氣濃郁，滋味醇厚，有明顯“岩韻”特徵，飲後齒頰留香，被譽為“武夷茶王”。
產地
此茶產於福建省武夷山市武夷山風景區外，但仍在武夷山境內。該處海拔600餘米，年均降水量在2000毫米以上，相對濕度在80%左右，四季氣候溫和，年均氣溫約18.5℃。山間溪澗飛流，雲霧繚繞。土壤全系酸性岩石風化而成。大紅袍產區，氣候溫和，冬暖夏涼，山峰巖壑之間，有幽澗流泉，山間常年雲霧瀰漫。茶園大部分在巖壑幽澗之中，四周皆有山巒為屏障，日照較短，更無風害。優越的自然條件孕育出岩茶獨特的韻味。我們的大紅袍產自武夷山，但是是生產於武夷山景區外，俗稱“半岩茶”，質量上乘，味道醇厚回甘，香氣高雅持久。

缺貨中$11.99 / 50克脫酸酸味鐵觀音是一種不常見的類型，這類鐵觀音通常被大多數人認為是品質低下的鐵觀音茶。它被一些人深深厭惡，卻也被一部分人熱愛，絕對的兩極分化。所謂脫酸鐵觀音是把水分脫到只剩20-30%,成品很酸，聞起來有較重的酸味,但湯水入口卻沒有聞的那種酸味。而正味鐵觀音與脫酸鐵觀音的主要區別在於脫酸鐵觀音的搖青時間比正味鐵觀音短得多也就是說，它的搖青時間短攤涼靜置時間長，通常稱失水。將搖好的茶青，置於空調間，靜置至次日下午以後，才可以開始入鍋炒青。由於茶青靜置時間長，殺青時間拖延至第三日。此時，青草味消失，酸味顯現。 這種茶會出現其實最早也是出於偶然，就是茶農採完茶青後遇到一些梅雨天或者南風天，天氣很潮濕很悶熱，空氣中的水含量太高了，人走兩步都犯暈憋不過氣來。茶農沒法兒做茶了，就把茶青放在那裡，過了幾天給耽擱了，或者是製作失誤發酵時間沒控制好，放在包揉布里的茶葉製作失敗了而做出來這種有點發餿發酸的茶。讓人想不到的是，這種茶放到市場上倒很受歡迎，需求量很大，反而驅使茶農後來專門有人去做這種有點酸味的茶來迎合市場的需要。 鐵觀音，福建安溪當地茶農發明於1725-1735年間。發源於安溪縣西坪鎮堯陽山麓（王說）。屬於烏龍茶類，是中國十大名茶之一，烏龍茶類的代表。鐵觀音含有較高的氨基酸、維生素、礦物質、茶多酚和生物鹼，有多種營養和藥效成分，具有養生保健的功能。

With a mellow taste and a hint of milky sweetness with its oolong category, this tea is very nice to drink, and would be nice on its own.
However, I can’t give it a full five stars as it lacks any particularly special or distinct aroma, which makes me desire other teas more.
