這款正岩大紅袍產自武夷山正岩體系內的邊緣山場，雖非核心名岩，但仍屬於正岩範圍。所謂「正岩」，指生長於丹霞岩體之上的岩茶產區，其茶葉在結構上更強調骨架、礦質感與穩定的回甘，而非單純依靠高揚香氣取勝。
相較核心名岩山場在岩韻強度與層次密度上的表現，這款大紅袍定位更偏向日常品飲型正岩茶。雖不追求極致濃醇，但岩韻、花香與回甘俱在，結構完整，表現乾淨，是一款取向清晰、性價比突出的正岩岩茶。其茶湯有厚度、不空不薄，入口穩重，回甘明確，喉韻乾淨，飲後留感持久，體現出正岩武夷岩茶應有的「風骨」。
