午子仙毫茶是綠茶的一種，是西鄉縣茶葉科技人員研製開發的國家級名優綠茶。是陝西省政府外事禮品專用茶，出產於素有“中國著名茶鄉”之稱的陝西省漢中市西鄉縣、寧強縣、勉縣。此午子仙毫採摘於清明之前，屬於明前茶，因此口感極為鮮爽，帶有一絲絲栗子的香甜，讓人欲罷不能。 因其生長環境優越，土壤肥沃，因此，午子仙毫的茶葉中往往富含寶貴的鋅，硒等人體所需的微量元素。

下投法：顧名思義，下投法也就是“先茶後水”。這個方法是沖泡綠茶最常用的方法，適用於茶形較大、芽葉較大的茶葉，如西湖龍井、太平猴魁等，這些種類的茶葉大多采用下投法沖泡綠茶。 詳細過程：
- 用熱水燙杯
- 投入茶葉，每50毫升水加入1克茶葉 （推薦沖泡5-7克，可以按照個人口味增加或減少）
- 將容器三分之一裝滿80°C熱水
- 傾斜杯身，緩緩旋轉兩圈，使每一片茶葉都得到充分的浸潤
- 從高處注水至七分滿，此時茶葉翻騰起舞，茶香濃濃
- 浸泡1-3分鐘左右
- 留三分之一的茶水再續杯
- 重複3次
- 根據沖泡的次數適量延長泡茶時間

午子仙毫產於陝西省漢中市西鄉縣秦嶺群山之中。秦嶺是中國著名的茶鄉，其生態環境優越，土地肥沃，是種植茶樹的理想之地。其年平均溫度14.7℃，年降雨量1000~1500毫米，海拔高度600~1200米，此多雨溫度適宜的環境讓茶樹一整年都可以茁壯成長，茶香滿山，一年不斷。 其土壤酸性，富含有機物質。除此之外，由於此山處於南北氣候相交之地，使此處森林繁茂，空氣清新，土質肥沃。種植在這裡的茶樹其生長周期較長，茶葉中往往富含寶貴的鋅，硒等人體所需的微量元素。

采摘及製茶過程
我們的午子仙毫採摘於清明前，屬於明前茶。明前茶是指在清明之前採摘的茶，此茶由茶農挑選出來的，剛剛在春天萌發的最鮮嫩的茶芽製作而成。其受蟲害侵擾少，芽葉細嫩，色翠香幽，味醇形美，是茶中佳品。由於生長緩慢，明前茶几乎是100％最嫩的茶芽。然而，由於清明之前的低溫，茶芽的數量是有限的，並且在低生長率的情況下，能達到採摘標準的產量非常小。因此，有一種說法是“明前茶，貴如金”之說。明前茶喝起來非常鮮嫩清爽，就像是在品味早春一樣。 午子仙毫所含物質大致含量：
