黄山毛峰是中国最著名的绿茶之一，产于安徽省的黄山地区。2007年3月26日，国家主席胡锦涛出席在俄罗斯举行的“中国年”展览，用太平猴魁、黄山毛峰等四种安徽名茶作为礼物送给俄罗斯总统普京。作为国礼，黄山毛峰无疑是“一级”绿茶。 黄山毛峰通常是由一芽二三叶初展构成的。滋味甘醇，香气如兰，韵味深长，非常清新自然，柔和清香。

宜使用中投法 (水-茶-水)来冲泡，具体步骤如下：
- 烫杯
- 杯内注满三分之一80°C – 85°C的热水
- 拨入3g的黄山毛峰 （茶和水的比例一般为 1g : 50ml）
- 倾斜杯身，缓缓旋转两圈，使每一片茶叶都得到充分的浸润
- 从高处注水至七分满，此时茶叶翻腾起舞，茶香浓浓
- 静待1-2分钟
- 留三分之一的茶水再续杯
- 可冲泡3-4次
- 第二、三、四泡的时间可根据自己的口味逐步增加浸泡的时间

黄山毛峰是中国最著名的绿茶之一，产于安徽省黄山。 它生长在北纬30度08分。该地区地质地貌、矿产资源、物种和水文气候十分多样和复杂。地处亚热带和温带过渡带，降水充沛，植被繁茂。黄山茶区除气候湿润、土壤松软、排水顺畅等自然条件外，还具有溪多泉清，林木森森等高山深谷等特点。在这样的自然条件下，它非常适合茶树的生长，因而使茶叶肥嫩多汁，经久耐泡。

采摘及制茶过程
原材料：黄山毛峰通常是由一芽二三叶初展构成的。特级黄山毛峰由一芽一叶构成，之采摘最鲜嫩的芽头制作而成。 采摘时间：茶叶的采摘是在清明节前后开始(4月4日左右)直到谷雨季节(4月19 – 21)。一直持续到夏天的来临。 生产时间：2019年春

The liquor is pale jade green, almost glowing in the cup, and the mouthfeel is incredibly soft despite the fresh, grassy notes.
