2015雨林泛海臨山生茶餅古茶樹普洱茶來自於猛海原始雨林。在中國各大茶商中，雨林公司獨獨以其手工制作的古樹普洱茶而聞名，其普洱茶所用的材料幾乎是來自於天然生長的普洱古樹。僅選用古樹普洱茶樹上的鮮葉來制作。雨林的最低采摘標準是壹芽兩葉，它對於普洱茶的質量要求非常嚴格，由雨林生產的壹些普洱茶餅甚至是由壹芽壹葉制作而成的。 在加工過程中，他們只讓當地最了解普洱古樹的少數民族的制茶師傅在他們的村莊裏制作普洱茶餅。 幾乎所有雨林茶都是用手工制作而成的。

此茶采用猛海地區不同古茶樹的壹芽二葉作為原料，經傳統手工石磨壓制而成。其滋味飽滿，富有層次，苦中含甜，甜中帶苦，回甘如橄欖般綿延持續十余分鐘；咽下茶湯後口中和喉嚨倍感清涼舒爽。通過此茶，愛茶人都能從中體驗到優質古茶樹的各項特征。

Incredibly balanced blend. Smooth body, pleasant bitterness, sweet finish. That cool refreshing feeling in the throat after swallowing is something special.

Complex and beautifully balanced. The floral aroma is delicate, the bitterness is present but not aggressive, and the sweet aftertaste genuinely does last for minutes. You can taste the quality of the ancient trees. The cooling sensation in the throat after swallowing is unique and refreshing. Well worth the investment for a special occasion tea.

Complex doesn’t even begin to describe it. Layer after layer of flavour unfolds with each infusion. The bitterness is fleeting, replaced almost instantly by this cooling sensation in your throat. Definitely worth the steep multiple times, as the character keeps evolving. Floral notes become more pronounced in the third brew.
