黃山毛峰是中國最著名的綠茶之一，產於安徽省的黃山地區。 2007年3月26日，國家主席胡錦濤出席在俄羅斯舉行的“中國年”展覽，用太平猴魁、黃山毛峰等四種安徽名茶作為禮物送給俄羅斯總統普京。作為國禮，黃山毛峰無疑是“一級”綠茶。 黃山毛峰通常是由一芽二三葉初展構成的。滋味甘醇，香氣如蘭，韻味深長，非常清新自然，柔和清香。

宜使用中投法 (水-茶-水)來沖泡，具體步驟如下：
- 燙杯
- 杯內註滿三分之一80°C – 85°C的熱水
- 撥入3g的黃山毛峰 （茶和水的比例一般為 1g : 50ml）
- 傾斜杯身，緩緩旋轉兩圈，使每一片茶葉都得到充分的浸潤
- 從高處注水至七分滿，此時茶葉翻騰起舞，茶香濃濃
- 靜待1-2分鐘
- 留三分之一的茶水再續杯
- 可沖泡3-4次
- 第二、三、四泡的時間可根據自己的口味逐步增加浸泡的時間

黃山毛峰是中國最著名的綠茶之一，產於安徽省黃山。 它生長在北緯30度08分。該地區地質地貌、礦產資源、物種和水文氣候十分多樣和復雜。地處亞熱帶和溫帶過渡帶，降水充沛，植被繁茂。黃山茶區除氣候濕潤、土壤鬆軟、排水順暢等自然條件外，還具有溪多泉清，林木森森等高山深谷等特點。在這樣的自然條件下，它非常適合茶樹的生長，因而使茶葉肥嫩多汁，經久耐泡。

采摘及製茶過程
原材料：黃山毛峰通常是由一芽二三葉初展構成的。特級黃山毛峰由一芽一葉構成，之採摘最鮮嫩的芽頭製作而成。 採摘時間：茶葉的採摘是在清明節前後開始(4月4日左右)直到穀雨季節(4月19 – 21)。一直持續到夏天的來臨。 生產時間：2019年春

The liquor is pale jade green, almost glowing in the cup, and the mouthfeel is incredibly soft despite the fresh, grassy notes.
