安吉白茶產自浙江湖州安吉縣，雖名為「白茶」，實則屬於綠茶，風味與黃山毛峰相近。其得名源於獨特的「白化」特性：早春低溫時茶芽呈白色或淺綠，氣溫升高後又逐漸轉綠，這種季節性變化成為安吉白茶的典型標誌。
相比我們此前的明前安吉白茶，這款雨前版本在口感表現上更偏向日常路線。鮮葉來自安吉核心產區，採自以有機管理方式管理的茶園，種植過程中未使用任何化學農藥。雨前採摘的安吉白茶芽葉較明前略為成熟，因此茶湯厚度更足、耐泡度更佳，同時仍保留安吉白茶特有的清爽與鮮甜。

安吉白茶產自浙江省湖州市安吉縣，地處浙北丘陵地帶，山高林密、氣候涼爽濕潤，十分適合白茶品種的「白化」生長。安吉核心產區土地肥沃、土壤微團粒發育良好，呈弱酸性，富含有機質與微量元素，極利於茶樹生長。適中的海拔與明顯的晝夜溫差，使春季茶芽在清涼環境中自然積累鮮爽物質，形成安吉白茶獨有的清甜與嫩香。

采摘及製茶過程
安吉白茶多在清晨採摘一芽一葉初展或一芽二葉的嫩芽，雨前成熟度更適中，鮮爽與耐泡度平衡良好。鮮葉採回後輕攤散熱，以低溫殺青鎖住清香，再經理條、乾燥，使條索細長挺秀。全程以輕火、溫和工藝為主，最大限度保留雨前安吉白茶的清甜與柔和口感。
