關於武夷水仙 (老樅, 半岩)
武夷水仙是除了武夷大紅袍另外一種武夷岩茶珍品，產自福建省武夷山。 此款水仙產於福建省武夷山市武夷山核心風景區外，但仍在武夷山境內，屬於武夷山半岩茶場。此茶中火培香，因此初嘗時還帶有一絲絲淡淡的煙熏香氣。 我們的武夷水仙屬於老樅，年齡大於60 卻並非達到百年。這是因為百年或者千年老樅的價格非常高，此茶雖未有全部老樅水仙的韻味，卻也能品嚐到一絲百年內老樅水仙的氣息了。
產地
此茶產於福建省武夷山市武夷山風景區外，但仍在武夷山境內。該處海拔600餘米，年均降水量在2000毫米以上，相對濕度在80%左右，四季氣候溫和，年均氣溫約18.5℃。山間溪澗飛流，雲霧繚繞。土壤全系酸性岩石風化而成。氣候溫和，冬暖夏涼，山峰巖壑之間，有幽澗流泉，山間常年雲霧瀰漫。茶園大部分在巖壑幽澗之中，四周皆有山巒為屏障，日照較短，更無風害。優越的自然條件孕育出岩茶獨特的韻味。我們的武夷水仙產自武夷山，但是是生產於武夷山景區外，俗稱“半岩茶”，質量上乘，味道醇厚回甘，香氣高雅持久。

三种水仙茶树
普通水仙：茶樹高度不高，好像灌木一般矮小。 高樅水仙：茶樹稍高，差不多是一個成年男子的高度。 老樅水仙：在沒有修剪的狀態下，成為單株的老樅水仙能長到一層樓那樣高。水仙要有樅味，至少要有30年的樹齡，若樹齡不夠，難覓樅味的蹤跡。此外，老樅的口感與其他二者相比，更加醇美，含之有物，余韻悠長。

That woody ‘cong’ flavor is exactly like fresh wood shavings, so rustic and pleasant. Reminds me of my grandfather’s workshop when I was little. The orchid notes play beautifully with it. Surprisingly comforting for an oolong.

That woody fragrance is absolutely gorgeous. Smells like fresh-cut timber mixed with orchids. The mouthfeel is silky and it leaves this sweet coating on your tongue that makes you want another cup immediately. Can definitely taste the age of the trees here.
