关于凤凰单丛锯朵仔 (杏仁香)
凤凰单丛杏仁香又名锯朵仔，是凤凰单丛茶十大香型之一，因其叶片细小，形如锯子，因此被当地人叫做锯朵仔。冲泡时杏仁香气和奶香味交相辉映，口齿留香。
凤凰人对锯朵仔可谓又爱又恨，爱在于锯朵仔茶美价值高，恨在于锯朵仔因叶片细小，人工采摘过程中耗时耗力，茶农一天辛苦只能采摘二三斤，相较于其他茶叶每天采摘十来斤，生产和制作成本高，因此价格较之于其他香型更高一些。
凤凰单丛是非常特殊的一种乌龙茶，产自广东省潮州市潮安区，以其浓郁的香气而闻名。 之所以将其命名为“凤凰”，是因为它产自自凤凰村的凤凰山。凤凰单丛富含氨基酸，维生素，茶多酚和生物碱。 茶多酚具有很强的抗辐射作用，在凤凰乌龙茶中的含量可以达到30％。 凤凰单丛茶成茶素有“形美、色翠、香郁、味甘”四绝。挺直肥硕油润的外形特色；优雅清高的自然花香气；浓郁、甘醇、爽口、回甘的滋味；橙黄清澈明亮的汤色；青蒂绿腹红镶边的叶底和极耐冲泡的底力，构成凤凰单丛茶特有的色、香、味特点。
现今，凤凰单丛以其高扬的香气与武夷山岩茶、安溪铁观音并驾齐驱，构成了乌龙茶的三大品系。如果细分这三大品系的特点，岩茶香气醇厚，铁观音香气甘醇清高，而凤凰单丛则香气霸道丰富多样、口感甘甜。
