2021雨林丁家寨古茶树普洱生茶来自于易武山丁家寨原始雨林。早在唐朝,易武就已经有少数民族在这里种下了大片茶园,明清更是易武茶叶发展的鼎盛时期。这里是百年贡茶之乡,更是茶马古道的源头,茶叶从这里出发,经过不同地域、民族,以不一样的形态,同样的方式,演绎了丰富多彩的普洱茶历史。
而坐落在易武茶区的丁家寨,是现在极少数还保留着藤条茶的古老寨子。所谓藤条茶就是在茶叶采完后,摘掉枝条上过多的老叶子,这样的采摘方式在春茶发芽时既能促进茶叶的生长、营养物质的积累,又能便于采摘,省时省力,整合了自然因素及民族智慧。
易武丁家寨屹立在雨林深处,凭借得天独厚的生长环境,不容忽视的普洱茶史,在久负盛名的古六大茶山,依旧是一个特别的存在,它的每一颗茶树,每一根茶叶,都值得我们用味觉基因去延续。
