關於2021年雨林丁家寨生茶餅 150克 (茶餅)
2021雨林丁家寨古茶樹普洱生茶來自於易武山丁家寨原始雨林。早在唐朝,易武就已經有少數民族在這裡種下了大片茶園,明清更是易武茶葉發展的鼎盛時期。這裡是百年貢茶之鄉,更是茶馬古道的源頭,茶葉從這裡出發,經過不同地域、民族,以不一樣的形態,同樣的方式,演繹了豐富多彩的普洱茶歷史。
而坐落在易武茶區的丁家寨,是現在極少數還保留著藤條茶的古老寨子。所謂藤條茶就是在茶葉採完後,摘掉枝條上過多的老葉子,這樣的採摘方式在春茶發芽時既能促進茶葉的生長、營養物質的積累,又能便於採摘,省時省力,整合了自然因素及民族智慧。
易武丁家寨屹立在雨林深處,憑藉得天獨厚的生長環境,不容忽視的普洱茶史,在久負盛名的古六大茶山,依舊是一個特別的存在,它的每一顆茶樹,每一根茶葉,都值得我們用味覺基因去延續。
