茯砖茶，砖内金花茂盛，菌花香浓郁。其特有的金花其实是一种冠突散囊菌，是一种对人有益的酵素菌类，它能分泌淀粉酶和氧化酶，可催化茶叶中的蛋白质、淀粉转化为单糖，催化多酚类化合物氧化，转化成对人体有益的物质，使茶叶的口感等特性提高和优化。只有黑茶类茯茶，才会在制作过程中刻意培植“冠突散囊菌”群落，这需要极独特的加工工艺才能制成。
此款百战英雄茯茶砖是由中茶湖南安化第一茶厂制作而成，中粮集团荣誉出品。

此款茯砖茶产地为安化县。安化县地域东西长而南北短，地势自西南向东北倾斜，南北形成”V”型，东西形成”W”型。境内群山连片，丘、岗、平地分布零散，山体切割强烈，溪谷发育，水系密度大。高山坡地，可开辟成熟土，栽种茶树，建成茶园。县内土壤以板页岩风化发育的土地面积最广，约占总面积的71.1%。茶园土质较好，酸碱度适宜，养分含量较高。茶园土壤以酸性和弱性为主，氮、钾等有机质含量丰富。安化县域属亚热带季风气候区，四季分明，雨量充沛，严寒期短。年平均气温为16.2℃，大于等于10℃的年活动积温为5016℃，初终间隔日数为241天，茶树的生长期长达7个多月。降雨量年平均为1687.7mm，年平均相对湿度为81%，足以满足茶树生长发育的要求。

My first few steeps (gongfu) it mostly tasted like a cheap ripe pu’er (I like ripe pu’er, but at that time I was disappointed that it wasn’t more different), but with more steeps that faded and an almost “cool” flavour came through. I am guessing this is the special Fu flavour from the golden flowers.it was very pleasant and quite refreshing.
I recommend if you try it and don’t like it, give it a thorough “wash” steeping first and then try.
