茯磚茶，磚內金花茂盛，菌花香濃郁。其特有的金花其實是一種冠突散囊菌，是一種對人有益的酵素菌類，它能分泌澱粉酶和氧化酶，可催化茶葉中的蛋白質、澱粉轉化為單醣，催化多酚類化合物氧化，轉化成對人體有益的物質，使茶葉的口感等特性提高和優化。只有黑茶類茯茶，才會在製作過程中刻意培植“冠突散囊菌”群落，這需要極獨特的加工工藝才能製成。
此款百戰英雄茯茶磚是由中茶湖南安化第一茶廠製作而成，中糧集團榮譽出品。

此款茯磚茶產地為安化縣。安化縣地域東西長而南北短，地勢自西南向東北傾斜，南北形成”V”型，東西形成”W”型。境內群山連片，丘、崗、平地分佈零散，山體切割強烈，溪谷發育，水系密度大。高山坡地，可開闢成熟土，栽種茶樹，建成茶園。縣內土壤以板頁岩風化發育的土地面積最廣，約佔總面積的71.1%。茶園土質較好，酸鹼度適宜，養分含量較高。茶園土壤以酸性和弱性為主，氮、鉀等有機質含量豐富。安化縣域屬亞熱帶季風氣候區，四季分明，雨量充沛，嚴寒期短。年平均氣溫為16.2℃，大於等於10℃的年活動積溫為5016℃，初終間隔日數為241天，茶樹的生長期長達7個多月。降雨量年平均為1687.7mm，年平均相對濕度為81%，足以滿足茶樹生長發育的要求。

My first few steeps (gongfu) it mostly tasted like a cheap ripe pu’er (I like ripe pu’er, but at that time I was disappointed that it wasn’t more different), but with more steeps that faded and an almost “cool” flavour came through. I am guessing this is the special Fu flavour from the golden flowers.it was very pleasant and quite refreshing.
I recommend if you try it and don’t like it, give it a thorough “wash” steeping first and then try.
