Rich, warming, and substantial. The amber colour is stunning when backlit. This is my evening tea now, especially when it’s cold outside. The mouthfeel coats your tongue in this pleasant, almost oily way without being heavy. There’s a slight medicinal quality that I actually find appealing, and the sweetness emerges slowly rather than hitting you immediately.
