   Very mellow for a raw pu’erh, almost creamy. The lotus aroma is there if you pay attention. Makes me want to try more aged teas.

   This aged pu-erh surprised me with how smooth it was, none of that harshness you sometimes get. Sweet, almost like stone fruit, with this incredible lingering fragrance that just keeps evolving in your mouth.

   The colour alone is stunning, this deep amber that catches the light. There’s an earthy depth mixed with something almost fruity, maybe stone fruit? It evolves as it cools. Really interesting tea, nothing one dimensional about it.

   Surprisingly gentle for a raw puerh. The mellowness really comes through after all those years of aging. No harshness whatsoever, just smooth sweetness that builds as it cools.
