阿里山乌龙茶是台湾高山茶的典型代表，产于嘉义县大阿里山地区，其中包括了海拔2000米以上的山峰约有25座，其中最高的山是达大山(2663米)。 阿里山乌龙茶分为金萱乌龙茶和青心乌龙茶两种。我们的阿里山乌金萱乌龙茶。
产地
大阿里山不仅是著名的风景区，也是著名的茶叶产地。这个地方出产的茶叶被认为是台湾最好的乌龙茶。因为阿里山高山气候冷凉，早晚云雾笼罩，平均日照短，茶树芽叶苦涩成分降低，进而提高了茶叶的甘味。同时因日夜温差大的缘故，茶树生长缓慢，茶叶芽叶柔软，叶肉厚实，果胶质含量高,使阿里山乌龙茶回味无穷。此外这里所产的茶叶多以山泉水灌溉，甘醇美味，具有浓厚的高山冷冽茶味，使其成为台湾一流的乌龙茶。
