古樹金芽散茶是雲南著名的勐海茶廠生產的普洱茶之一，屬於普洱茶熟茶。金芽，顧名思義在採摘的時候就是茶葉的嫩芽。在採摘剛剛長出的嫩芽之後，秉承傳統製茶工藝加工製作，再經過發酵之後，就會使原來初制的嫩芽毛茶變為金黃色。 經過發酵的金芽茶，色澤褐紅，內質湯色紅濃明亮，香氣純正，陳香濃郁，葉底褐紅，滋味醇厚。作為熟茶來說常飲有暖胃助消化，去油膩，降血糖的功效。其滋味濃厚，帶有天然樹木的芬芳，還有一股春天雨後泥土的清香。 普洱又稱女兒茶，如紅樓夢中，小姐丫鬟在午食後喝一碗消食解膩，其作用早已被古人熟知。而其滋味回甘生韻，如今，它也早已走入每個愛茶人的心中了
普洱熟茶，是以雲南大葉種曬青毛茶為原料，經過渥堆發酵等工藝加工而成的茶。色澤褐紅，滋味純和，具有獨特的陳香。我們的普洱茶產於勐海地區。勐海縣是著名的普洱茶產地，也是中國最早的茶葉產地，分佈著星羅棋布的古茶樹群。 這裡最古老的野生茶樹“茶樹王”可以追溯到1700年前，從這些老樹上採摘的葉子被稱為“野生喬木”。這裡的氣候屬熱帶、亞熱帶西南季風氣候，冬無嚴寒，夏無酷暑。年溫差小，日溫差大。按海拔高度可分為北部熱帶、亞熱帶和亞熱帶氣候區。年平均氣溫18.7℃，年平均日照2088小時，年平均降雨量1341毫米，年霜凍期32天左右。勐海常年大霧瀰漫，年平均霧日約為107 ~ 160天。該地區土壤深厚，透氣性好，肥沃，微酸性土壤排水能力較好，類型包括紅壤、黃壤、紅壤，PH值在4 ~ 6之間。這些得天獨厚的自然條件為普洱茶提供了最適宜的種植環境。
