关于祁门红茶
祁门红茶是中国历史上著名的红茶，产于安徽省黄山市祁门县。祁门红茶是红茶中的珍品，在爱茶人中享有很高的声誉。它不仅在中国闻名，而且在海外也是众所周知的，譬如它是英国女王和王室的至爱饮品，高香美誉，香名远播，美称“群芳最”、“红茶皇后”。
产地
祁红产区自然条件优越，山地林木多，气候温暖湿润，土层深厚，雨量充沛，阴天多雾。加之当地茶树的主体品种──槠叶种内含物丰富，酶活性高，很适合于工夫红茶的制造。这些条件为制作祁门红茶提供了最佳环境。
