正山小种红茶是世界上最早的红茶，也被称为红茶的鼻祖，已有400多年的历史，可以追溯到明朝中后期。它是由居住在福建省武夷山的当地茶农发明的。后来在正山小种的基础上发展了工夫红茶。历史上该茶以星村为集散地，故又称星村小种。鸦片战争后，帝国主义入侵，国内外茶叶市场竞争激烈，出现正山茶与外山茶之争，正山含有正统之意，因此得名。桐木关是武夷山国家级自然保护区的核心区，是红茶的最初的产地。如今，真正来自桐木关的茶叶已经非常少了，虽然我们的这款正山小种不是来自桐木关茶场，但它仍然是由武夷山自然保护区内的茶园生产的。如果您想购买来自于桐木关的正山小种，请移步至正山小种（等级A）。
这款正山小种产于武夷山自然保护区。武夷自然保护区内地势高峻，96.3%的森林覆盖率，其主要的产茶区平均海拔均在1200米左右，120天的年均雾日，11-18℃的年平均气温，2000毫米左右的年均降水量，平均湿度为80%，4.5-5的土壤PH值，30-90厘米的土壤厚度。 属于典型的亚热带季风气候。这里，就是正山小种生长的生态环境。
产地: 福建
滇红茶以其醇厚甘甜著称，产于云南南部和西南部的临沂、宝山、丰庆、西双版纳、德宏等地。我们的这款滇红茶产于西双版纳，用百年乔木古树的鲜叶制作而成。因为古树茶稀少，滇红一般又一一芽一叶作为采摘标准，而古树茶是做不到这个标准的，因此用百年老乔木所做的古树滇红已是极限，一般都是采摘一芽二叶作为原料制作而成。值得注意的是，为了降低成本，这种用百年乔木古树制作的茶用的是当季的夏茶，俗称雨水茶。版纳地区只做这一种烘干红茶，就叫古树红茶。
虽然用的是夏茶制作，但是百年乔木老树做成的滇红茶喝起来一点都不逊色。此茶冲泡后汤色红鲜明亮，金圈突出，香气鲜爽，滋味浓郁，带着一股焦糖蜜香，在齿间留恋徘徊不去。
